Why Choose A Cut Above?
A Cut Above is a strong fit for Mayfield Heights property owners who want one company capable of handling routine maintenance and more technical outdoor work. We can move from lawn care and seasonal cleanup into drainage, grading, waterproofing, concrete, tree removal, stump grinding, or hardscape projects without losing sight of how the different parts of the property affect one another. Every estimate starts with the actual condition of the site and the result the customer wants to achieve.

More Than Lawn Care for Mayfield Heights Properties
Mayfield Heights packs a large number of homes and businesses into a relatively compact part of Cuyahoga County. Major routes such as Mayfield Road, SOM Center Road, Lander Road, Ridgebury Boulevard, Gates Mills Boulevard, and Cedar Road connect residential streets, shopping areas, and commercial properties across the city. That density makes consistent exterior maintenance important, especially where lawns, driveways, drainage, and neighboring properties sit close together.
A Cut Above provides the routine services that keep properties presentable, but we can also help when maintenance turns into an improvement project. Drainage and grading work can address water movement, concrete services can improve worn outdoor surfaces, tree services can open up or clean up a yard, and hardscaping can add more usable structure to an outdoor space.
Whether the job is mowing and cleanup or a larger project involving several services, our goal is to leave the property cleaner, more functional, and easier to maintain. Free estimates are available throughout Mayfield Heights.
